MP Lokwan wheat grains are widely cultivated in regions across Madhya Pradesh, Southern Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Maharashtra. It has a higher gluten content (a kind of protein found in wheat and related grains) which makes it easier to roll out larger and thinner chapatis.
