The highest quality harvest of the region is tested, procured and then sent for aging in the most conducive environment of the company owned storage facilities. The age paddy is then sent for cleaning, milling and packaging in a state-of-the-art rice milling plant.Why Aged Rice? For basmati to develop its distinctive qualities, it must be aged in the right controlled environment. Proper ageing allows the grains to cook longer, become fluffier and remain separate without breaking or sticking together.
