Puramate Instant Dry Yeast is an instant dry yeast that sets the quality standard, suitable for almost every recipe and every baking technique, such as doughs, puff pastries, and sweet dough with up to 10% sugar. Due to its low moisture content, the yeast is in a semi-active state and can withstand a longer storage period without losing its dough-brewing activity. This yeast is made from selected high-activity and high osmotic pressure-resistant yeast strains, making it suitable for producing a variety of bread recipes with high glucose (25%) and high oil (20%). It can effectively shorten the dough fermentation time, resulting in good expansion in the oven and meeting the requirements of different fermentation processes, such as direct dough and sponge dough methods. The products made with this yeast have a uniform colour, delicate internal organisation, and good taste.
