GoSwasthya Sesame Seeds (Wood Pressed) Oil is extracted from Black Sesame Seeds using traditional wooden presses. This extraction method involves crushing the Sesame Seeds with wooden mills under 50 degrees Celsius and then applying pressure to extract the oil. The extraction process involves crushing the Sesame Seeds without the use of heat or chemicals. Wood-pressed Sesame seed oil retains the natural nutrients present in Sesame Seeds, including vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and healthy fats such as monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats. Wood-pressed Sesame oil can be used for various culinary purposes, including frying, sauting, and salad dressings.
